VAC
VERIFIED AUTHORITY CHAIN
F-865 · Configuration framework demo

Your system.
Your decision points.
Your authority chain.

This console shows how VAC maps from your operational SOPs to a versioned deployment manifest — decision point by decision point, role by role, regulation by regulation. The wizard is illustrative; the seal it produces is live production.

Step 1 of 5

Your system

Console preview — illustrative extraction

Select the operational system VAC will sit alongside. This seeds the decision-point library for step 2.

Step 2 of 5

Decision points

Console preview — illustrative extraction

Select which decisions in your workflow require a verified human authority seal.

Example extraction — the product does this from your SOPs
Step 3 of 5

Assurance tiers

Console preview — illustrative extraction

Assign an assurance template to each selected decision point. The tier encodes what the verification ceremony requires.

Step 4 of 5

Authority

Console preview — illustrative extraction

Map operational roles to delegates who may seal decisions. In production, this roster is ingested from your SSO (SCIM).

Production: delegate roster ingested from your SSO via SCIM. Identity verified per ceremony tier.
Step 5 of 5

Rails

Select the regulatory rails that govern this deployment. Each pack is version-stamped and included in every sealed record.

Art. 14Effective oversight — assurance tiers encode the minimum ceremony required at each decision point. Art. 26Competence and authority — named delegates prove a qualified person can intervene or override. Art. 50Transparency — the compliance pack is version-stamped and sealed into every token at issue time.

EU AI Act evidence page

Each VAC deployment generates a living evidence page that records: the regulatory pack version applied, the decision points covered, the ceremony tiers configured, and a queryable sealed-token audit trail. Regulators can verify independently without system access.

Run a sealed acceptance
LIVE PRODUCTION
This button opens the live VAC verification ceremony against the production backend. The seal it produces is a real, cryptographically signed token — verifiable by JTI, independently, years after the event. Not a demo seal.

Console preview · the seal is production.
This wizard illustrates how VAC ingests your SOPs, extracts decision points, and generates a versioned deployment manifest. The configuration mapping is the product; the curl snippets above call the real VAC backend. The live ceremony seal is cryptographically bound to a verified human authority — tamper-evident, regulator-grade, independently verifiable by JTI.
